We don’t just deliver; we lead. And we’re looking for a strategic, detail-obsessed RevOps Account & Project Manager who can do the same. The Role Digital Reach is seeking a RevOps AM/PM to serve as the bridge between our high-growth clients and our technical execution team. This role is highly client-facing and requires a unique blend of strategic relationship management and rigorous project oversight. The ideal candidate understands the RevOps landscape (Marketing Operations, Marketing Automation, and Business Intelligence) well enough to guide client expectations, translate business goals into actionable project plans, and ensure our technical team delivers high-impact results on time and within scope. You will be the primary point of contact, ensuring that our RevOps strategies are not just planned but flawlessly executed. Primary Responsibilities -Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary advisor for B2B enterprise clients, maintaining long-term partnerships and ensuring their RevOps goals are met. -Project Lifecycle Oversight: Manage the end-to-end delivery of RevOps projects, from initial discovery and auditing to implementation and reporting. -Strategic Roadmapping: Work with clients to prioritize their RevOps backlog, aligning technical tasks with broader business revenue goals. -Scope & Resource Management: Define project scopes, manage timelines, and coordinate with internal technical specialists to ensure resource efficiency. -Meeting Facilitation: Lead weekly client syncs, present project status updates, and conduct post-mortem analyses on completed campaigns or system migrations. -Quality Assurance: Review technical deliverables to ensure they meet client requirements and align with the strategic vision before delivery. -Reporting & Communication: Provide clear visibility into project health on a recurring basis, flagging if a client relationship needs immediate attention. Requirements • 2+ years of experience in Project Management or Account Management, specifically within a RevOps, Marketing Ops, or B2B Agency environment. • Proficiency in Project Management Tools: Hands-on experience with tools like Asana • Foundational RevOps Knowledge: Good understanding of CRM/MAP/Business Intelligence ecosystems (HubSpot, Salesforce, Power BI, etc.) Bonus Points • Direct experience in platforms: HubSpot, Salesforce, Power BI • Extensive Google Sheets experience • Previous agency experience • Experience managing a team of contractors Ideal Candidate • You can take problems directly coming from a client and translate them to our internal team. You can also do the reverse and take feedback from our internal team and be able to communicate it back to the client in a clear and understandable manner. • You pay close attention to details and keep spreadsheets, notes, and task statuses organized and up to date. • You don’t just flag issues. You come to the table with potential solutions when something goes off track. • You are comfortable pushing back on unrealistic timelines or scope creep to protect the quality of the work and the team. • You do well in a fast-paced agency environment where priorities can shift based on client needs.
