Job Summary:
Bellevue Country Club is assembling a team of dedicated hospitality professionals to fill several positions at our various dining venues. We will be considering applications from team oriented candidates with varying skill sets looking to grow into existing and future opportunities with our club. We are seeking highly communicative and professionally driven candidates. We are a member driven facility that requires all candidates to have a hospitality background, good attitude, and strong work ethic.
Employees are responsible for working together with hospitality team to serve members in various dining settings to a high standard of service. Employees will report to the food and beverage manager and must be able to follow instructions, be punctual, and enjoy working in a fast paced environment.

Hours: Open Tuesday - Sunday. Lunch & Dinner Shifts
Pay: Hourly Plus Tips

Server Responsibilities:
  • Take food and drink orders from customers accurately and with a positive attitude.
  • Gather customer requests and enter orders into computers for transmittal to kitchen/bar staff.
  • Engage with customers in a friendly manner.
  • Lean all menus, and have the ability to make suggestions.
  • Ensure tables are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any problems.
  • Offer assistance to team members/co-workers when necessary.

Server Requirements:
  • Experience with providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive attitude and the ability to work well under pressure with other team members.
  • Able to perform high-quality work while unsupervised.
  • Able to learn and operate point-of-sale system.
  • High school diploma.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment and deliver orders in a timely manner.

Duties will also include:
  • Interacting with co workers and membership in a upbeat, positive, professional manner.
  • Learning and following the specific service procedures in place.
  • Perform specific job duties to the highest standard, representing the team to the best of your abilities.
  • Learn various menus and be well versed in knowledge of products. Must be eager to learn!

Ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication and multitasking skills. It is crucial that the steps of
service is up to the standards of the management team as you will be a key role in our customer satisfaction and club restaurant growth.

A follow up phone call and scheduled in-person interview will occur for selected candidates.
