RTX, a leader in aerospace technology, is seeking a Senior Program Finance & Control Analyst to support financial reviews within their 3rd Generation Development portfolio. The role involves compliance with financial reporting processes, detailed financial analysis, and collaboration with various teams to ensure program success.


Responsibilities

  • Support the Monthly Earned Value (EV) reporting process in compliance with DFARs and in accordance with the Raytheon 10255 policy. This includes monthly Latest Revised Estimates (LREs), Budget Change Requests (BCRs), Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) updates, EV Anomalies/Compliance checks, and full Integrated Program Management Report (IPMR) deliverables
  • Support the creation of Estimate at Complete (EACs) on a quarterly basis at the Program/SBU Level
  • Maintenance of Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) in APEX/SAP
  • Perform detailed financial analysis for total program and at the CLIN level to help define and understand the monthly variances to Budget baseline and EAC positions
  • An integrated part of a fast-paced finance team where strategic thinking, multitasking and individual initiative are key requirements
  • Provide support for ad hoc data reporting as well as participating in senior level projects and program initiatives

Skills

  • Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM), or An Advanced Degree in a related field
  • Must have experience with Microsoft Excel functions (Pivot Tables, Lookups, and relatable digital tools (SAP APEX) and the Microsoft Office Suite of tools
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access the financial management system due to government contractual requirements
  • Experience with PMX Tool systems
  • Experience of applied EVMS principles, including Raytheon EVMS Certification
  • Experience with APEX EV (SAP) and working knowledge of the SAP functions
  • Analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills
  • Capability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Financial controls experience relative to multiple contract types
  • Experience with Raytheon financial and accounting policies and procedures; Estimate at Completes (EACs) and EDIT+
  • Experience with external reporting, and customer interactions (IPMR, CFSR, CSDR, etc)
