In this role, you will tackle complex supply chain challenges and shape next-generation planning capabilities for leading global clients in high-impact industries, focusing on supply chain planning and the life science sector.


Responsibilities

  • Advise clients on SCM best practices and work collaboratively to enhance end-to-end supply chain capabilities and outcomes
  • Support client-facing workstreams focused on supply chain planning transformation and business process design
  • Analyze existing planning processes, identify pain points, and propose functional improvements based on best practices
  • Facilitate workshops, interviews, and walkthroughs with client stakeholders to capture requirements and align on solution direction
  • Translate business needs into structured process models and support the design of processes and workflows in planning systems
  • Support testing, training, and adoption of new planning processes by providing business-side guidance and readiness activities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including technical consultants, integration leads, and data specialists to ensure end-to-end alignment
  • Develop high-quality deliverables such as business process documentation, test scenarios, and user training materials
  • Contribute to internal knowledge development, practice growth, and the refinement of accelerators and methodologies

Skills

  • Excellent university degree - preferably in engineering, economics or sciences
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently in delivering functional workstreams within business transformation projects
  • Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving approach, especially applied to supply chain or operations domains
  • Ability to communicate effectively with business stakeholders and translate complex requirements into actionable insights
  • Solid understanding of supply chain planning concepts such as demand planning, supply planning, inventory planning/management, S&OP and S&OE
  • Proficiency in tools for documentation, process modelling, and presentation (e.g., PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, Miro or equivalents)
  • Willingness and ability to travel or work in a hybrid/remote client-facing environment as needed
  • Experience working with or within Life Science (LS) industry
  • Experience (as user, consultant, supporter) with planning solutions such as Kinaxis Maestro, Blue Yonder, o9 solutions, or similar platforms
  • Familiarity with broader SCM processes including Sourcing, Logistics, or Integrated Business Planning
  • Involvement in process testing, training, or change management within transformation programs
  • Contribution to consulting project proposals, internal capability building, or client presentations
  • Knowledge/experience with Generative/Agentic AI use cases and applications
