They are seeking a Home Maintenance Inspector responsible for inspecting homes and assisting guests to ensure high standards for both guests and homeowners. Responsibilities • Inspecting homes after every guest check-out and prior to every homeowner arrival to ensure the home is in the best condition possible • Traveling between properties performing inspections • Assisting guests with any issues or questions they may have • Checking for any damage caused by previous guests or any maintenance issues that might arise through normal use of the home • Communicating frequently with team members to relay messages to homeowners • Changing light bulbs and tightening fixtures as necessary Skills • High school or equivalent degree • Driver's License • Reliable vehicle • Basic technical skills using a smart phone and web applications • Home Maintenance Skills (An assessment will be performed during the interview) • Property Management: 1 year • Customer service: 1 year Benefits • Mileage reimbursement for working mileage (not commuter miles) • Immediate 401k eligibility Company Overview • Local Vacation Rentals is a vacation home property management company located in Breckenridge, Park City, and Lake Tahoe.
