The role involves driving generative AI adoption at scale, from scoping use cases to delivering functional prototypes while collaborating with consulting leaders and client executives. Responsibilities • Lead discovery, design, and implementation of GenAI agent use cases such as briefing automation, narrative writing, deck generation, research synthesis, and content optimization • Build and demonstrate functional prototypes that leverage the client’s core stack, including bolthires Gemini, Adobe Firefly, and Salesforce Agentforce • Evaluate emerging GenAI platforms (e.g., Typeface, Writer, Gamma) and provide recommendations on pilot opportunities • Create training, documentation, and adoption playbooks for client teams • Define KPIs and build frameworks to measure GenAI impact (time savings, quality improvements, adoption rates) • Partner closely with consulting leaders and client marketing stakeholders to deliver prototypes that demonstrate rapid value Skills • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Information Systems, or Engineering • Proven success in GenAI transformation or enterprise AI adoption • Hands-on experience with bolthires Gemini, Adobe Firefly, and Salesforce Agentforce (must-have) • Ability to prototype and deploy AI agents in marketing or content workflows • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and client-facing skills • Master's degree or MBA with a focus on AI, Machine Learning, or Technology Strategy • A background in marketing or campaign execution is a plus • Familiarity with emerging GenAI platforms (Typeface, Writer, Gamma) is a plus Company Overview • The talent cloud for the highly-skilled gig economy.
