This role is pivotal in driving customer and partner training initiatives through onboarding, advanced use cases, and ongoing education. You will be responsible for creating scalable training programs that enhance product adoption, improve retention rates, and maximize services revenue. The position requires collaboration across multiple teams, including Customer Success, Sales, and Product, ensuring the training aligns with the company’s strategic goals.
