Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. The Mom Project is seeking a Campaign Manager for their Customer, a multinational professional services network founded in 1982. This 100% remote role focuses on supporting business needs by refining architecture standards and providing integration design guidance for Adobe Experience Cloud applications. Responsibilities • Contribute to and refine architecture standards, design patterns, and guardrails for Adobe platform usage across RTCDP, AJO, AEM, and CJA • Provide end-to-end solution and integration design guidance, including data flows, system integrations, identity resolution models, and omnichannel activation patterns • Conduct technical insight and quality assurance on designs, configurations, and implementation deliverables to ensure alignment with best practices and the enterprise architecture principles • Advise on the technical architecture required to support priority customer experience, marketing, and personalization use cases across Adobe applications • Assess current-state architecture and recommend enhancements, optimizations, and forward-looking roadmaps to maximize value from the Adobe ecosystem Skills • 3-5 years of relevant experience • Experience in enterprise, solution, and integration architecture, including application, data, identity, and API design • Deep expertise across Adobe Experience Cloud, including RTCDP, AJO, AEM, CJA, and platform services • Skilled in designing end-to-end data flows, omnichannel activation patterns, and identity resolution models • Ability to assess complex technical environments, diagnose gaps, and provide actionable recommendations • Strong capability to translate business requirements into scalable technical designs and roadmaps • Experience leading workshops, design reviews, and cross-functional working sessions with Product, Marketing, Tech, and Data teams • Ability to communicate complex architecture concepts clearly to both technical and executive audiences • Demonstrated thought leadership in setting standards, guardrails, and ensuring high-quality delivery • Proven ability to build trusted client relationships and influence senior stakeholders through advisory and guidance Benefits • Medical • Dental • Vision • Life (including spouse & child) • 401k • STD/LTD • AD&D Company Overview • The Mom Project is a digital talent marketplace helping women remain active in the workforce.
