About the position This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Head of Brand Design - REMOTE. In this role, you will shape and evolve the visual identity system of our partner's brand, ensuring consistency and coherence across all touchpoints. You will lead a team of designers while collaborating closely with various departments to translate brand positioning into a compelling visual language. This is a unique opportunity to impact the brand's crafting by developing scalable frameworks and design strategies that resonate with their mission. You'll be at the forefront of innovation in brand design. Responsibilities • Own the visual identity system: Define and maintain the design language across all brand touchpoints. • Build scalable brand infrastructure: Create templates and guidelines to streamline on-brand work. • Lead brand design execution: Oversee design for multiple platforms including web, events, and marketing. • Elevate craft across the organization: Establish design reviews, feedback processes, and quality standards. • Partner cross-functionally: Coordinate with teams on brand-product alignment and strategic brand evolution. • Build and lead the team: Mentor and develop brand designers to foster high-quality, rapid work output. Requirements • 8+ years in brand design or design systems with 3+ years leading teams. • A portfolio demonstrating systems thinking and visual identity frameworks. • Expertise in typography, layout, color, and composition. • Fluency in Figma and organizational skills in file management. • Experience with web and digital brand expression. • Comfort with ambiguity and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments. • AI-native mindset with proficiency in AI tools for creative processes.
