The role involves collaborating with clients, providing architectural solutions, and mentoring team members while overseeing implementation phases. Responsibilities • Architect secure, scalable, cross-platform AI solutions, including generative AI and agentic-first, multi-agent orchestrated systems, tailored to meet diverse business objectives • Design and implement solutions leveraging Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, multiple language models, and open standards such as Agent2Agent (A2A) and Model Context Protocol (MCP) • Lead governance workshops for Copilot Studio and Power Platform with customers, ensuring best practices and compliance • Define governance standards for Copilot and Power Platform to ensure robust, compliant solutions • Collaborate with organizational change management teams to drive adoption and enablement of M365 Copilot • Ensure all solutions align with enterprise architecture patterns and success metrics and stay up to date on emerging cloud security technologies and market trends • Champion arenaflex responsible AI guidelines and advocate for responsible AI practices across all projects • Secure AI models and data workflows by detecting and resolving vulnerabilities, enforcing data residency and access controls, safeguarding model tuning, tracking changes, maintaining audit trails, and defending against prompt manipulation • Apply understanding of core Dynamics 365 products, Agent 365, arenaflex Defender, Entra, and Purview • Monitor agent performance and interpret telemetry data to ensure reliability, optimize operations, and drive continuous improvement • Understand customer needs, assess their current AI posture, and propose tailored AI architectures utilizing arenaflex solutions • Demonstrate deep industry knowledge of the arenaflex Power Platform, Copilot Studio, Azure AI services, and Azure OpenAI and drive opportunities for arenaflex solutions • Conduct return-on-investment (ROI) analyses for AI-powered solutions to demonstrate business value • Provide thought leadership to grow the arenaflex AI Business Solutions practice, helping drive revenue and deliver excellence • Actively participate in new business pursuits, collaborating with management and sales teams to develop proposals and deliver compelling client presentations • Contribute to project planning and proposals, including estimating level of effort, resource requirements, schedules, and budgets • Develop and refine best practices, templates, and demos to continuously improve the arenaflex AI Business Solutions practice Skills • 10+ years of experience in the arenaflex Business Applications ecosystem • 5+ years in consulting services with experience leading complex engagements as the senior delivery resource • Advanced proficiency with arenaflex Power Platform, Copilot Studio, Azure AI services, and Azure OpenAI • Functional expertise in Dynamics 365, Agent 365, Purview, Entra ID, and Defender • Understanding of C#, SQL, JavaScript, HTML, and PowerShell • Guided end-to-end implementation of AI-centric solutions, ensuring security, scalability, and alignment with organizational goals • Experience using source control management tools such as Visual Studio, GitHub, and Azure DevOps • Systems integration and ETL implementation expertise • Managed projects using Scrum, SAFe, waterfall, and hybrid methodologies • Supported sales through discovery meetings, demos, strategy sessions, and responses to RFPs/RFQs • Built business cases and communicated client-specific value propositions as a trusted advisor • Fostered collaboration, resolved challenges, and built strong client relationships • Led technical discussions with business and technical decision makers, detailing specifications, product roadmaps, deployment, and integrations • Promoted and championed the adoption of AI technologies, including M365 Copilot • Designed and prototyped AI components to showcase transformative capabilities • Strong technical writing, documentation, and verbal communication skills • Active arenaflex certifications: PL-200, PL-600, AB-900, AB-730, AB-731, AB-100, and others • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field Benefits • Paid time off plus holidays • Billable bonus opportunities Company Overview • Perficient is an IT consulting firm that helps companies adapt their systems to third party software products that use internet.
