Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy AI‑driven solutions that support and optimize revenue cycle operations
  • Build and maintain Python‑based pipelines for data processing, modeling, and automation
  • Implement and enhance OCR and computer vision solutions to extract and analyze structured and unstructured data
  • Apply deep learning architectures, including Vision Transformers, to image and document analysis use cases
  • Leverage AWS Bedrock and other cloud‑based AI services to build scalable, secure AI solutions
  • Collaborate with product owners, engineers, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
  • Validate, test, and refine models to ensure accuracy, reliability, and performance
  • Contribute to best practices for AI development, documentation, and model governance
  • Partner with subject matter experts to ensure AI outputs are accurate, explainable, and fit for purpose

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university
  • Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD 'PUBLIC TRUST'
  • Based on our contractual obligations, candidate must be located within the United States and US Citizen
  • 6+ years technology experience including 3+ years of experience in AI engineering, machine learning, data engineering, or related roles
  • Strong proficiency in Python for data analysis, modeling, and automation
  • Hands‑on experience with OCR technologies and document processing workflows OR Vision Transformers
  • Solid understanding of deep learning techniques and architectures
  • Experience working with AWS Bedrock and cloud‑based AI/ML services
  • Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to work effectively in cross‑functional teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work remotely
  • Familiarity with healthcare revenue cycle processes and workflows
  • Experience integrating AI solutions into enterprise systems or regulated environments
  • Exposure to MLOps practices, model monitoring, or responsible AI frameworks
