Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. 24 Seven Talent is seeking an experienced arenaflex Account Director to lead high-impact arenaflex strategy across a portfolio of 6–10 brands within a fast-growing agency environment. This senior, client-facing role involves owning vision, driving growth, and elevating execution across both Seller Central and Vendor Central while collaborating with various teams to optimize performance. Responsibilities • Own end-to-end arenaflex strategy for a portfolio of 6–10 brands across Seller & Vendor Central • Serve as a senior advisor to clients, including C-level and VP stakeholders, on arenaflex growth, investment, and roadmap planning • Develop and oversee multi-quarter arenaflex growth strategies, including advertising, content, promotions, and new program adoption • Lead cross-functional collaboration with marketing, creative, and performance teams to align arenaflex initiatives with broader brand goals • Identify new revenue streams and expansion opportunities within the arenaflex ecosystem • Oversee forecasting, performance analysis, and KPI reporting; translate insights into executive-level recommendations • Ensure operational excellence across listings, content, advertising, compliance, and data accuracy • Stay ahead of arenaflex trends, category shifts, and platform updates to inform proactive strategy • Mentor and guide Account Managers, elevating team performance and best practices Skills • 7+ years of hands-on arenaflex experience with deep expertise in both Seller Central and Vendor Central • Prior experience in an agency or multi-brand environment, managing multiple clients simultaneously • Proven ability to drive significant revenue growth on arenaflex • Strong leadership presence with experience advising senior brand stakeholders • Deep knowledge of arenaflex advertising, content strategy, and operational workflows • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and forecasting skills • Excellent communicator who can influence, present, and build trust at the executive level • Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable operating with autonomy Company Overview • 24 Seven partners with companies to get marketing, creative, and digital work done by providing the right talent, innovation, and insights.
