What You’ll Do

  • Provide skilled nursing care per individualized care plans
  • Perform assessments and monitor patient status
  • Administer medications and skilled treatments
  • Document clinical notes accurately and timely
  • Educate families on care and disease management
  • Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams

Clinical Skills May Include

  • Medication administration & IV therapy
  • G-tube, trach, and ventilator care
  • Wound care
  • Pediatric & adult home care
  • Use of home medical equipment

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited Nursing program
  • Active RN license (or eligible for U.S. licensure)
  • Home care, PDN, or acute care experience preferred
  • Strong assessment and documentation skills
  • Ability to work independently in a home setting
