Project Coordinator — Remote/Hybrid (UK‑based)
Performance Consultants Home of GROW and Coaching for Performance

We're looking for a Project Coordinator who thrives on organisation, communication, and making things run smoothly.

You'll play a vital role in supporting the delivery of our live client training programmes — ensuring every project is executed with precision, professionalism, and the distinctive quality our clients expect.

You'll join a small, purpose‑driven team at the heart of one of the world's most respected names in coaching and leadership development.

Working closely with an experienced Project Manager, you'll help bring our programmes to life by coordinating logistics, managing timelines, and keeping communication flowing across clients, facilitators, and internal teams.

We are remote‑first, but you must be based in the UK and willing and able to travel to London occasionally for planning sessions and team meet‑ups, therefore we are ideally looking for someone based within reasonable commuting distance of London.

What you'll be doing

  • Coordinating programme logistics, schedules, and delivery milestones
  • Managing programme setup and tracking in HubSpot
  • Supporting facilitators with documentation, scheduling, and post‑delivery admin
  • Handling client communications, joining instructions, and session logistics
  • Preparing delivery and billing information for Finance
What you'll bring

  • Experience in project coordination
  • Strong organisation, communication, and problem‑solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Confidence working autonomously in a remote‑first environment
  • CRM experience (HubSpot desirable)
If you're proactive, detail‑driven, and excited to help deliver meaningful learning experiences, we'd love to hear from you.

Why join us
At Performance Consultants, we believe in human potential - and that coaching can change the way the world works.

You'll be part of a team that's redefining what leadership looks like, trusted by global brands and inspired by a mission that matters.

Ready to bring creativity, precision and purpose together? Apply today.
Applications without a cover letter will not be considered. Smart AI use is acceptable, but copy-pasting from an LLM is not.

We believe in human-first, and communication is going to be a part of your role so we want to hear from you.
