Summary of Responsibilities

Project Supervisor / Warehouse LeadRate of Pay: $22.35/hour

 

Stratosphere Quality is seeking a versatile leader to oversee project operations and manage our Newmarket warehouse. This hybrid role combines project supervision with hands-on warehouse leadership, including forklift operation, inventory management, and team supervision.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Lead project setup and day-to-day warehouse operations, including shipping/receiving, inventory control, and safety compliance

  • Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment as needed

  • Train team leaders and inspectors on proper procedures

  • Ensure teams meet quality and safety standards

  • Manage customer relationships and communicate project and warehouse updates

  • Foster a positive and growth-oriented work environment

  • On-the-job training provided

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of supervisory/leadership experience

  • Experience in warehouse operations and forklift certification required

  • Associates degree or equivalent work experience

  • Positive, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and adaptable
