Summary: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager, Knowledge & Content Program Manager to support and scale a modern knowledge management program within an HR Technology team, with increasing focus on AI-enabled knowledge systems. This role operates at the intersection of project management, content strategy, knowledge management, and HR technology. You will help formalize how information is created, governed, and distributed to ensure it is structured, searchable, and optimized for both human use and AI-powered tools. Key Responsibilities Project Management (Approximately 60%) Manage intake and prioritization of content and knowledge initiatives aligned with program objectives Develop and drive project plans, timelines, and deliverables across cross-functional teams Define scope, objectives, dependencies, and success metrics in collaboration with stakeholders Coordinate content reviews, approvals, and publishing workflows Identify risks and blockers and implement mitigation strategies Lead project meetings including kickoffs, status updates, planning sessions, and retrospectives Prioritize work for technical writers and content contributors Communicate progress, milestones, and risks to partners and leadership Knowledge Management and AI Enablement (Approximately 40%) Support rollout and adoption of a formal knowledge management framework Ensure content is structured, tagged, and maintained to support AI-driven search, retrieval, and automation Track program activities, knowledge health metrics, and adoption indicators Support change management efforts related to new tools, workflows, and AI capabilities Participate in workshops and working sessions to promote knowledge management best practices Minimum Qualifications 4+ years of experience in project or program management within operations, content, HR tech, or learning environments Demonstrated experience managing content or knowledge initiatives from planning through launch Strong written and verbal communication skills Experience working with CMS platforms, documentation tools, or internal knowledge bases Ability to translate complex workflows, systems, or processes into clear and usable content Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment Preferred Qualifications Knowledge management certification or equivalent hands-on experience Background in technical writing, editing, or content strategy Familiarity with HR-related domains such as payroll, benefits, compliance, or training Experience supporting AI-driven knowledge tools, search, or automation initiatives Experience working with vendors or globally distributed teams Application Requirements Please include links or samples demonstrating: • Knowledge flow or governance processes you have developed • Technical documentation or content templates • Writing samples that reflect clarity, structure, and usability Pursuant to the California Fair Chance Act, Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers, Los Angeles Fair Chance Initiative for Hiring Ordinance, and San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, qualified applicants will be considered for assignment with arrest and conviction records.
