We are looking for a Program Management System Coordinator (M/F/D) to reinforce our Sales & Programs team.

What you'll do

  • Create the PMS 2.0 timing project plan in accordance the general project plan in I-Nexus tool
  • Control the level of maturity of the project with using of the PMS-Tools (I-Nexus 2.0) and alignment on neccessary actions in accordance with project manager
  • Training and implementation of MSAS-PMS 2.0 within the Organisation
  • Maintenance and continous development of the PMS 2,0 with support of the relevant departments (under lead of the Process Owner)
  • Planning and controlling of the implementation of PMS 2,0 for all projects within the MSAS Group
  • Support to perform PMS Gate reviews according MSES definitions and PMS-Checklist
  • Participation on PMS Gate Reviews as representation of Programs Department
  • Communication and reporting about activity of PMS to General Management
