About the Admissions and International Fulfillment Team: Admissions owns the fan journey from purchase to venue entry. We orchestrate a real-time fulfillment network connecting sellers, systems, and experiences to get buyers in — reliably and delightfully. When things go wrong, we diagnose and resolve issues fast through resilient systems, automation, and AI-driven interventions that protect the buyer experience and strengthen marketplace trust. International Fulfillment extends this mission globally. Our goal is simple and ambitious: deliver a post-purchase experience that works seamlessly across markets with very different norms, expectations, and operational realities. We are building systems that make a complex global marketplace feel simple, reliable, and intuitive for international fans. About the Role: As a Product Manager - International Fulfillment , you will own the end-to-end post-purchase journey for fans outside North America. You'll work across engineering, operations, and customer experience teams to design products that meet the unique needs of international buyers and sellers — from the moment a ticket is purchased until the moment they enter the venue. You will identify opportunities across diverse markets, synthesize on-the-ground insights, and turn them into scalable product strategies. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on understanding customers deeply, solving ambiguous problems, and connecting operational complexity to elegant product solutions. This is a rare, GM-like product role: broad, customer-centric ownership across multiple systems and markets, with the chance to define how StubHub serves millions of international fans as we grow globally. Location: Hybrid (3 days in office / 2 days remote) - New York, NY

Responsibilities

  • Champion the International Post-Purchase Experience
  • Act as the owner of the entire post-purchase journey for our international fans — designing systems that scale across borders and customer needs.
  • Understand the nuances of diverse markets and customer cohorts, turning insights into product opportunities and long-term strategic direction.
  • Build journeys that are consistent, reliable, and intuitive despite the operational and logistical complexity of global fulfillment.
  • Define and Execute Product Strategy
  • Own a broad problem space with guidance — defining priorities, success metrics, and product direction across all international markets.
  • Identify friction points and unmet needs across the end-to-end experience, from purchase to venue entry.
  • Deliver new products and enhancements that improve reliability, reduce confusion, and increase confidence for international buyers and sellers.
  • Lead Cross-Functional Delivery
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, operations, and customer experience teams to bring solutions to life.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in product management, ideally in consumer-facing or marketplace environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to work through ambiguity — framing problems, identifying insights, and defining product direction.
  • Strong analytical fluency: comfortable with SQL, dashboards, and data-driven prioritization.
  • Experience partnering with engineering teams and translating customer needs into actionable technical requirements.
  • Customer-obsessed mindset with a track record of using qualitative and quantitative insights to shape product decisions.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills — especially with operations and customer experience teams.
  • Ability to understand both user journeys and system workflows, and connect them into cohesive product experiences.
