SUMMARY

NUSO has an opening for a full time Post Sales Engineer. In this role you will be responsible for the Delivery of Professional Services in the post-sales phase, including Technical Consultancy, Deployment, and Customer Support for cloud services and software products in the telecommunications sector.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Contribute to the delivery of Technical Consultancy, Deployment, and Customer Support.
  • Utilize Cloud-based communication and collaboration platforms (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Zoom).
  • Work with Integrated AI environments, particularly those involving machine learning and cognitive services.
  • Work with fixed and mobile telecommunications services
  • Solutions targeted at the enterprise and professional markets.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education/Training

  • Technical diploma or bachelor's degree in electronics/information technology.
  • At least 2 years of experience in similar contexts.

Experience

  • Networking: knowledge of TCP-IP protocols and fundamental networking principles.
  • Operating systems: Windows, Linux.
  • Familiarity with software products and essentials of programming languages.
  • Ability to communicate confidently in English with native speakers - both British and American - and in international contexts.

Preferred Additional Knowledge

  • Voice over IP (SIP protocol).
  • Web technologies.
  • Basic knowledge of AWS and Microsoft Azure, VMware, KVM platforms.
  • Basic knowledge of microservices architectures and containerization.
  • Basic Use of SQL environments (knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and/or MySQL is preferred).
  • Initiative, organized approach, and ability to work in a team.
  • Ability to self-plan and work to reach goals (including remotely).
  • Effective communication skills with customers and colleagues.

  • Available to work in shifts if necessary
