Why we’re looking for you We’re scaling fast and expanding our paid acquisition engine - and to do that, we’re looking for a Performance Creative Strategist, Paid Social who is obsessed with creative strategy, thrives in a high-velocity environment, and loves bringing structure to a fast-moving creative pipeline. This role is the glue between creative production, paid performance, and growth strategy. You’ll partner closely with our Growth Marketing Managers to plan and launch high-performing creative across Meta, TikTok, and additional paid channels. You’ll manage the creative workflow end-to-end, ensure we’re testing at the pace our growth demands, and uncover insights that help us scale smarter and faster. If you’re equal parts organized operator, creative thinker, and performance analyst, this is a high-impact opportunity to meaningfully shape our growth trajectory. The Impact You’ll Have • Own, organize, and streamline our creative production pipeline, ensuring we have the right volume and variety of creative to support rapid testing and scale. • Manage our creative tracker and testing backlog so we can launch ads faster, more consistently, and with fewer bottlenecks. • Review and QA ad creative for brand alignment, accurate product information, and strategic fit before launch. • Conduct biweekly competitor deep dives and trend analyses to uncover creative opportunities and inspire new concepts. • Build and maintain a creative testing roadmap and insights tracker, sharing performance learnings with both internal and external production partners. • Analyze creative performance across key engagement metrics (CTR, CVR, thumbstop rate, CPA, CPM, etc.) and surface actionable insights that improve efficiency and unlock new creative angles. • Work closely with the Growth Marketing Managers to support broader channel strategy by freeing up their time to focus on forecasting, optimization, and long-term planning. Who You’ll Work With • You’ll be deeply embedded within the Growth organization and collaborate closely with: • Growth Marketing Managers (your day-to-day partners) • Chief Marketing Officer • Contractors & external agencies (creative strategists, editors, animators, etc.) • Eventually a Director of Marketing as the team continues to grow • You’ll be a central point of coordination across all creative motion - ensuring strategy, production, and performance stay tightly aligned. What We’re Looking For • 3+ years experience in paid social creative strategy or performance-focused marketing roles. • Hands-on experience with Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and TikTok required; arenaflex and arenaflex Ads experience is a plus. • Strong understanding of creative testing frameworks, iteration processes, and paid social engagement metrics (CTR, CVR, thumbstop rate, CPA, CPM). • Ability to analyze creative performance data and translate insights into clear recommendations. • Proficiency with creative workflow and analytics tools (Notion, Motion, Atria) and marketing platforms (HubSpot, Excel - Excel is a must). • Experience managing creative production cycles — either in-house or at an agency. (Agency-only experience is totally acceptable.) • Exceptional organization, communication, and project management skills. • A proactive, detail-oriented operator who can bring order to ambiguity and move projects forward with velocity.
