We facilitate learning, academic success, career development, and global understanding for all students from application to graduation.<br><br>The Part-Time Placement Administration Assistant supports core operational functions of Placement Administration by organizing departmental resources, coordinating ticket assignment workflows, and assisting with engagement-related data collection and follow-up activities.<br><br>Department-Specific Responsibilities<br><br><ul><li>Provides resource and materials support</li><li>Assists in organizing and maintaining Placement Administration resources within SharePoint.</li><li>Serves as a secondary responder for student-facing tickets using established templates.</li><li>Escalates issues to the Director of Placement Administration or the Placement Specialist as appropriate.</li><li>Assists with individual record updates and approvals in 12Twenty as needed.</li><li>Supports upkeep and updates of 12Twenty contact lists for intern communications.</li><li>Assists when needed in basic data cleaning projects (i.e cleaning up emails or minor typos)</li><li>Physical Space Resource Manager</li><li>Manages physical space for proctoring</li><li>Assists with check-in and setup for student requiring in-person proctoring</li><li>Assists with managing physical resources and hardware allocated for placement proctoring</li><li>Manages ServiceNow ticket support</li><li>Monitors incoming ServiceNow tickets across all Placement and Assessment groups.</li><li>Assigns tickets to appropriate staff following established workflows.</li><li>Flags cold tickets requiring follow-up or clarification within the Data and Assessment Microsoft Teams channel.</li><li>Oversees management Data Collection Support</li><li>Conduct weekly follow-ups with Career Coaches regarding: appointment type updates and event information updates.</li><li>Provides backup or supplemental support for Handshake-related data collection.</li><li>Collects and verifies hand-collected event attendance as needed.</li><li>Tracks data completion and escalating missing or incomplete information when appropriate.<br><br></li></ul>EDUCATION<br><br><strong>Required<br><br></strong><ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent (such as HSED of GED)<br><br></li></ul><strong>Preferred<br><br></strong><ul><li>Bachelor's degree<br><br></li></ul><strong>Skills<br><br></strong><strong>Required <br><br></strong><ul><li>Proficient communication skills<br><br></li></ul>This role requires the ability to effectively communicate and to operate a computer and other standard office productivity equipment. The position involves sedentary work as well as periods of time moving around an office environment and the campus.
