Develop and maintain relationships with developers in the Dutch gaming market. Represent Roblox at industry events and conferences to increase brand awareness and promote developer engagement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize developer needs and concerns. Serve as a liaison between developers and Roblox, providing timely and effective communication and support. Create and implement strategies to engage and retain developers on the platform. Monitor and analyze developer activity and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement. Collaborate with the marketing team to create and distribute developer-focused content and resources. Proactively identify and address potential issues or roadblocks for developers on the platform. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors to inform developer engagement strategies. Provide support and guidance to developers on how to best use the platform and its features. Gather and report on metrics related to developer engagement and satisfaction. Continuously seek out new ways to improve the developer experience on the platform. Act as an advocate for developers within the organization, advocating for their needs and concerns. Collaborate with the global developer relations team to share best practices and align strategies.
