We are currently seeking passionate and customer-focused individuals to join us as a part time Starbucks Barista at our Hampton Inn Downtown Kansas City Crossroads hotel. As a Barista, you will play a key role in providing excellent service, crafting delicious beverages, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Prepare and serve high-quality Starbucks beverages according to company recipes and standards.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with customers and creating a friendly, welcoming environment.
  • Operate and maintain coffee brewing equipment, grinders, and other tools.
  • Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash handling procedures.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, including the beverage preparation area, customer seating, and restroom facilities.

SKILLS EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Experience in a food service role in a restaurant, hotel or similar environment preferred.
  • Must have attention to detail with the ability to be thorough in your work.
  • Must be able to work independently while maintaining timelines.
  • Weekends are required.
