Annual Base Salary starting at CAD $51,000 with earning potential up to $73,950 based on maximizing bonus and in-year increments.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree (preferred).
  • B2B sales: 1 year (preferred).
  • Cold calling: 1 year (preferred).
  • Minimum 1-2 years experience in a sales driven environment.
  • Meticulous in setting day to day responsibilities to schedule meetings for achieving the daily outreach.
  • Outstanding understanding of doing outbound calls.
  • Google Ads certified (preferred but not required).
  • Highly disciplined, with excellent time management & organizational skills.
  • Ability to strategically assess and solve client needs via consultative sales techniques.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment.
  • Ability to overcome objections by making direct correlation between the client’s needs and the product.
  • Storytelling capabilities which assist with client engagement towards the marketing strategy and Google Ads product offerings.
Responsibilities:
  • Consultative B2B sales need assessment for creating and managing Google Ads campaigns to establish the required KPI’s.
  • Work in collaboration with marketing agencies to gain insights about the challenges to improve their google Ads account using effective clients needs assessment.
  • Arranging meetings with marketing agencies through outbound calls and emails to obtain information regarding the customers’ business and advertising goals tried in the past to capture and build market intelligence.
  • Constantly upgrading your Google Ads Knowledge through available resources.
  • Identify areas of opportunity to maximize spending budget and drive established KPI’s.
  • Prioritize accounts by revenue and verticals in order to identify the largest contributors towards KPI Target Attainment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to present and lead the meetings with Digital Marketing Agencies.
  • High level of integrity, autonomy and self motivation.
