Job Description: • In coordination with Program Management, lead the creation and execution of the Oracle Fusion migration roadmap according to the specific USMC environment, stakeholder, and data requirements. • Recommend and lead Change Management initiatives to ensure successful adoption of Oracle Fusion across all USMC organizations and stakeholders. • Lead and oversee the design and implementation of Oracle Fusion applications to support the supply chain management and finance functions supporting enterprise military logistics operations. • Lead and oversee the design and implementation of end-to-end integration solutions between Oracle Fusion applications and other enterprise systems. • Devise and execute the data conversion effort to ensure successful implementation of the Fusion solution according to the phased roadmap. • Ensure comprehensive analysis and optimization of current ERP functionalities and business processes. • Define and maintain the functional architecture for ERP systems, ensuring alignment with business strategy and IT standards. • Assist with configurations of Oracle Fusion applications to meet business requirements, as needed. • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and implement robust security controls to protect sensitive data. • Provide subject matter expertise and best practices to business process owners. • Act as the key liaison between program leadership and technical teams. Requirements: • Proven experience in leading large-scale Oracle EBS to SaaS Fusion migrations within a DoD/Federal environment. • Strong functional experience with cloud-based Oracle environments and SaaS deployment models. • Deep knowledge of the Oracle Cloud ERP and/or SCM Applications. • Expertise in Oracle Fusion Middleware and integration technologies. • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. • Relevant Oracle ERP and SCM Implementation Professional certifications such as Payables, Procurements Cloud, Inventory, Planning, and/or Order Management. • Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable and supportable ERP solutions. • Ability to obtain and maintain a Top-Secret clearance or be cleared for a T5 background investigation. • US Citizenship • Familiarity with Oracle APEX and Oracle SOA Suite.
