Eligible candidates may receive relocation benefits upon receiving an offer.</p> <p><b>Key job responsibilities:</b></p> <ul> <li>Mentor and motivate a team of 50-100 Amazon Associates.</li> <li>Work autonomously in a dynamic environment.</li> <li>Maintain a physical presence on the production floor with shifts lasting up to 12 hours.</li> <li>Be prepared to work shift patterns that include nights, weekends, and holidays based on business needs, typically following a fixed schedule with three days off.</li> <li>Oversee deliveries, handle packages, and operate equipment as required.</li> <li>Adapt to varying noise levels and physical demands throughout your shift.</li> <li>Perform physical tasks including lifting up to 49 pounds and frequently pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, and reaching.</li> <li>Climb and descend stairs as needed (when applicable).</li> </ul> <p><b>Basic Qualifications:</b></p> <p>- A completed bachelor's or master's degree between May 2024 and August 2026 (degree requirements must be met before your first day).</p> <p><b>Preferred Qualifications:</b></p> <ul> <li>Strong verbal and written communication skills.</li> <li>Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities.</li> <li>A bachelor's or master's degree in Supply Chain, Business/Management, Engineering, or a related field.</li> </ul> <p>Amazon champions diversity and is an equal opportunity employer.
