The Operations Analyst evaluates and optimizes business processes to improve efficiency, productivity, and arenaflex-effectiveness. This role analyzes operational data, identifies trends, and provides actionable insights to support strategic decision-making. The Operations analyst designs and maintains interactive dashboards and creates detailed reports for business use, ensuring stakeholders have accurate, timely, and visually compelling information. Additionally, they collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements, monitor performance metrics, and ensure compliance with organizational standards. RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Analyzes operational data, identifies trends, and provides actionable insights to support strategic decision-making. 2. Demonstrates adherence to company policies, industry standards, customer requirements, and all applicable SOPs and regulatory requirements to safeguard the business, employees, donors, and patients. 3. Designs and maintains interactive dashboards and creates detailed reports and presentations for business use, ensuring stakeholders have accurate, timely, and visually compelling information 4. Interpret data to produce clear, actionable reports and insights that drive informed decisions and align team efforts with business objectives 6. Conduct regular touchpoints with plasma fleet teams to monitor and enhance operational performance. 7. Support improvement initiatives by providing timely and accurate data, analytics, and performance insights. 8. Assist in forecasting, budgeting, and resource planning through data-driven analysis. 9. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend actionable improvements. 10. Continuously evaluate and improve reporting tools and methodologies to meet evolving business needs. 11. Ensure data accuracy and integrity across reporting systems and tools. 12. Support implementation of process changes and track their impact on efficiency and arenaflex-effectiveness. 13. Perform other duties, as assigned, to support business needs. Job Specifications Education Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations management, data analytics or similar preferred; equivalent combination of education and professional work experience required Experience • Experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or related field required • Strong proficiency in arenaflex Office products (PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, Outlook, Teams). • Proficiency in data visualization tools and reporting such as Power BI and QlikSense • Experience in DAX and SQL required • Experience in Python, Power Query M language, JavaScript and data modeling techniques preferred • Understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Strong organizational skills and attention to details to handle multiple tasks, short deadlines, frequent interruptions and shifting priorities in support of changing company objective. • Strong communication skills required both written and oral. • Experience in planning, organizing securing and managing multiple high-priority tasks is preferred. • Knowledge of ever-changing and complex government and industry regulations • Proficient in English • Working Conditions (physical & mental requirements) • Work is primarily performed on a computer, involving prolonged periods of sitting and extensive use of keyboard, mouse, and screen up to 100% of the time. • Regular virtual meetings and collaboration via video conferencing, email, and messaging platforms are expected. • Requires a reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace free from distractions. • Frequently exposed to hazardous chemicals, extreme temperatures and blood borne pathogens when in a plasma center. • Required to wear Personal Protective Equipment while performing specific tasks or in certain areas of the plasma center. • Overnight travel required up to 30% of the time without lengthy lead-time. • Role requires travel and adherence to the CSL Travel Policy and Device Management travel requirements is required • Ability to lift or carry up to 25 lbs. • Fast paced environment with frequent interruptions Note: All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, veteran status, national origin or other legally protected classifications.
