Profound is on a mission to help companies understand and control their AI presence. Our Buenos Aires office is a critical engineering and product hub. We are looking for an Office Manager who will be the heart of our local operations, making sure the office runs smoothly, the team is supported, and our culture thrives.

What you’ll do
  • Oversee day-to-day office maintenance including cleaning, repairs, internet, and security

  • Manage inventory of office supplies, groceries, snacks, merchandise, and equipment

  • Coordinate with local vendors and service providers including the landlord, internet providers, catering, and cleaning services

  • Ensure the office is a welcoming, productive, and energetic environment for the team

  • Assist with onboarding by preparing hardware, office setup, and system access for new hires

  • Plan and execute events including team-building activities, happy hours, celebrations, and offsites

  • Support culture-building initiatives that keep the Buenos Aires office aligned with the broader Profound team

  • Assist with invoices, expense management, and coordination with the accounting team for local payments

  • Manage mail, courier services, and hardware shipments to and from remote employees in Argentina

  • Support visiting colleagues with local travel, logistics, and office needs

  • Keep internal documentation updated and help improve Buenos Aires office workflows and processes

Who you are
  • 1 or more years of experience in office management, administrative assistance, or operations, with startup or technology experience preferred

  • Fluent in English and native Spanish, with daily collaboration with international teams

  • Comfortable using Slack, Google Workspace, Notion, and Zoom

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks at once

  • Proactive problem-solver who figures out how to fix issues quickly

  • Energetic and people-oriented, with enjoyment in creating a supportive and enjoyable office environment

Location

This is an on-site role based in Buenos Aires, supporting the local team and broader Profound operations.
