NOW HIRING: Executive Housekeeper – Upper East Side, NYC

Hudson Staffing is representing a private client on the Upper East Side seeking an experienced Executive Housekeeperfor a 4-bedroom, 4-bath condo. This is a year-round position in New York City.

The home is occupied by a single principal and a teenage child (in and out of the home). The client is looking for someone who is highly proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

  • Detailed housekeeping and deep cleaning

  • Laundry, wardrobe care, and organizing

  • Vendor management and scheduling (service, maintenance, repairs)

  • Communicating clearly and professionally with the principal

  • Taking the lead in caring for and managing the apartment

There is occasionally an afternoon/evening housekeeper who assists the chef. The ideal candidate will confidently oversee the home and ensure everything runs seamlessly.

Requirements:

  • NYC-based candidates only

  • Long-term experience in previous roles (longevity is a must)

  • Verifiable references prior to interview

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Proactive, organized, and extremely detail-oriented

  • Pet friendly (medium-sized dog in the home; dog walker employed)

The client is known for maintaining long-term staff relationships and is seeking someone kind, loyal, and committed.

Schedule & Compensation:

  • Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm

  • $100,000/year

  • Health benefits

  • Paid time off

  • Overtime after 40 hours
