Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dependable Labourer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting various construction, maintenance, and installation projects. Duties

  • Assisting with the loading, unloading, and transportation of materials and equipment on-site
  • Supporting skilled tradespeople with tasks such as mixing materials, holding tools, or providing general assistance
  • Operating basic hand tools and machinery following safety protocols
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the work site throughout the day
  • Adhering to health and safety regulations at all times to minimise risks and ensure a safe working environment
  • Assisting in the installation, repair, or maintenance activities as directed by supervisors

Experience

  • Previous experience in construction, maintenance, or related manual labour roles is preferred but not essential; training will be provided for suitable candidates
  • Ability to operate basic tools and equipment safely
  • Good physical fitness with the capacity to perform manual tasks over extended periods
  • Knowledge of health and safety practices within a construction or industrial environment is advantageous
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail are essential for maintaining safety standards and efficiency on-site
