As a Monitoring Agent at Tive, you will play a critical role in the larger ecosystem of IoT devices, software, and people that work to ensure shippers and 3rd party logistic providers (3PLs) can rest easy knowing their shipment is being monitored at all times. Need to know information: As a Hybrid role, the successful candidate must be able to regularly attend the Kosovo office for training and meetings where required. Starting Salary is €875 gross per month The available shifts will either be: 15:00 - 23:00 Prishtina Time 23:00 - 07:00 Prishtina Time - Night-shift will be paid 30% in accordance with Kosovo Labor Law Our ideal candidate will have: Experience in a customer-facing role (customer service, support, retail, sales, etc. Internships count!) Exceptional English communication skills and professional presence on the phone and over email. Strong interpersonal skills and reliable work ethic. Organization and time management skills. Creative problem-solving in a fast-paced environment. Empathetic, positive attitude – you’re enthusiastic about helping our customers succeed. Nice-to-Haves: Experience working with remote coworkers in other time zones. Experience in the supply chain industry. Previous experience working with truckers, dispatchers, carriers, and/or 3PLs Experience with customer support tools such as Hubspot and Salesforce. Ability to communicate in multiple languages (German, Spanish, Mandarin, etc). What you’ll be doing: You will actively monitor shipments on the Tive platform. You will address and resolve alerts triggered by Tive tracking devices. You will engage with customers and transportation partners in a proactive and holistic manner.
