About the position Exciting opportunity to plan diverse media campaigns within BJC Health System. Collaborating with a dynamic team, this role will develop comprehensive campaigns supporting business objectives. The Media Planning & Buying Strategist will support the paid advertising efforts of BJC Health System's business goals and connecting consumers to care. Collaboratively work across the Marketing organization while ensuring the delivery of accurate and high quality work. Core function of this role is media planning and buying, campaign execution, maintenance, and reporting. Responsibilities • Responsible for developing and executing the media planning and buying plans for targeted product lines services or entities of BJC Health System. • Develop effective media strategies aligned with campaign objectives and arenaflex audience profiles, based on business and marketing goals. • Conduct research and analyze data to determine the most suitable media channels (digital, print, broadcast, OOH, etc.) for reaching arenaflex demographics. • Stay up to date on industry trends and advancements to continually improve media planning strategies. • Performs other responsibilities as assigned. Requirements • Bachelor's Degree • 5-10 years of experience • No supervisory experience required. Nice-to-haves • Master's Degree • 10+ years of experience.
