This could include Chemicals, Lab supplies and pressurized gas cylinders as well as other duties.<br><br>This is a 3rd shift with overnight hours which are 5:45pm to 6am Monday through Thursday with a rotation of working Friday through Sunday every other week for both shifts (2,2,3 shift rotation).<br><br><strong>What You Will Do<br><br><br></strong>Timely & accurate movement of semi-finished & finished product, components, & label control material & production-related materials<br><br>Pallet prep.<br><br>Removal of wrap and corner boards.<br><br>Ability to work 8 hr shifts.<br><br>Material staging area replenishment.<br><br>Wrapping of palletized product in preparation for shipment.<br><br>Daily inspections of the forklifts, warehouse, cold rooms, & freezer.<br><br>Maintain up to date training status.<br><br>Follow all safety & environmental requirements in the performance of duties.<br><br>Ability to obtain and maintain up to date Powered industrial truck certifications.<br><br>Trash removal.<br><br><strong>Safety<br><br><br></strong>Maintain and promote a Safety performance culture that is best in class.<br><br>Use appropriate PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).<br><br>Maintain a clean and hazard free work area.<br><br>Understand the operation, inspection, and daily maintenance of powered Industrial trucks.<br><br><strong>Qualifications<br><br><br></strong>High school diploma or GED required.<br><br><strong>Hold About 5 Years Or More Of Forklift Experience.<br><br><br></strong>Must hold valid & active drivers license.<br><br>Prior pharmaceutical experience or relative laboratory experience<br><br>Ability to read, write legibly, & understand all department documentation required.<br><br>Ability to lift 50 lbs. with assistance. Ability to work in cold temperatures. Corrected vision to 20/30. Ability to work rotating 24 hour on-call weekend shifts as needed. Ability to accurately judge depth from at least sixteen feet.<br><br><strong>Preferred<br><br><br></strong>Experience with the following is preferred.<br><br>Minimum 1-year related experience, preferably in a GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) warehouse or pharmaceutical industry.<br><br>Basic math skills including knowledge of metric system.<br><br>Computer competencies required based Microsoft knowledge; Outlook, PowerPoint & Word.<br><br>Good written and verbal communication skills.<br><br>Training or experience to demonstrate an understanding of the risks inherent to the processing, handling & storage of hazardous materials.<br><br>Ability to operate stand-up & sit-down powered industrial trucks.<br><br><strong>Why CBRE?<br><br><br></strong>When you join CBRE, you become part of a global leader in commercial real estate and investment services that help businesses and people thrive.
