We are looking for a strategic marketing leader to drive the marketing strategy for the Digitization Business Unit. Promotes Orise’s complex range of digital products and services, through product management, and supporting sales to generate demand and growth. All with a view on market trends and competition.


Your tasks:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategy as well as product positioning aligned with the key business objectives
  • Support innovation planning, revenue growth and margin improvement across the Digitization Business Unit portfolio
  • Increase the Digitization Business Unit presence with a view to generating revenue for the business (SEO, PPC, Social Media etc.) through Marketing KPIs
  • Support and drive GTM activities of cross-selling in core industries through promotions and close collaboration with other Business Unit marketing managers
  • Develop key personas and benefit messaging to be leveraged throughout the organization.
  • Market and promote Orise’s Digitization products and services through direct channels
  • Main point of contact for sales support to ensure sales effectiveness
  • Developing, devising and controlling of the Digitization Business Unit specific marketing campaigns/activities in line with the organization’s marketing strategy.
  • Collaboration with global, regional and product teams as well as agencies for content creation
  • Conduct market research, and fully understand the voice of the customer, market and competition dynamics for the Digitization Business Unit products and services.

Your profile:

  • 7-10 years experience in digital product marketing (Saas) preferred
  • Background in digitalization and transformation
  • Strong communication skills, ability to work in a global team
  • Reliable, independent, structured and quality-oriented way of working
  • Very good English skills (strong German skills are a plus)
  • Analytical thinking with strong product marketing and development experience
  • Deep understanding of market trends
