Partners cross-functionally to implement scalable processes, leverage data-driven insights, and support a culture of operational excellence aligned with White Cap’s TRUSTED values.</p><p></p><p><b>Major Tasks, Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities</b></p><ul><li><p>Lead cross-functional continuous improvement initiatives to drive efficiency, cost reduction, and service quality.</p></li><li><p>Analyze current workflows and identify opportunities to streamline and standardize processes.</p></li><li><p>Implement and support Lean and operational excellence frameworks across rental operations.</p></li><li><p>Develop and track KPIs to measure performance and effectiveness of improvement initiatives.</p></li><li><p>Partner with field leadership and subject matter experts to drive adoption of new processes.</p></li><li><p>Provide training, documentation, and change management support for new initiatives.</p></li><li><p>Act as a change agent by promoting innovation and customer-focused solutions.</p></li><li><p>Support engagement, inclusion, and continuous improvement culture initiatives.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Nature and Scope</b></p><ul><li><p>Solutions require analysis and investigation.</p></li><li><p>Achieves planned results by decisions and actions based on professional methods, business principles, and practical experience.</p></li><li><p>Manages a group or team of professional individual contributors and/or indirectly supervises support staff.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Work Environment</b></p><ul><li><p>Usually located in a comfortable environment but with regular exposure to factors causing moderate physical discomfort, such as dust, fumes, or odors.</p></li><li><p>Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.</p></li><li><p>Typically requires overnight travel 20% to 50% of the time.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Education and Experience</b></p><ul><li><p>Typically requires BS/BA in a related discipline. Generally 7+ years of experience in a related field. May require certification.
