The Manager, Corporate Strategy will have responsibility working with the VP, Corporate Strategy and Business Unit (BU) presidents to drive growth at Broadridge. The team member will work directly with senior executives and have an opportunity to lead and support a broad variety of strategic and operational initiatives including international market expansions, preparing the annual five-year strategic plan, modelling financial projections and Board communications. In addition to recurring planning cycles, members also engage in high-impact, cross-functional projects influenced by major industry trends like AI and blockchain. The Manager will be involved in both regular planning activities and strategic initiatives, utilizing strong analytical, financial modeling, and executive presentation skills. Responsibilities: • Design, support, and drive on-going strategies that lead to a compelling portfolio of corporate growth opportunities for Broadridge. • Collaborate with the Business Units (BU) to translate strategies into targeted actions and programs and to drive the initiatives. • Work with the BUs to formulate and advance on-going strategy and planning for opportunities at the BU level. Help translate that portfolio of opportunities into tangible growth and earnings. • Identify and drive key critical initiatives at the corporate and BU levels which support growth (e.g., business building, product management, pricing, and operations), including, potentially, championing specific acquisition opportunities. • Drive the execution of strategies that grow revenue through acquisitions and partnerships. Work with internal partners to incubate new ideas for strategic investments. • Build and maintain broad-based relationships with business unit and corporate executive team and with industry and professional networks to assist in development initiatives. • Drive the annual strategy cadences and engage executive team and the Board of Directors on company performance and strategy. • Lead and deliver other key projects as requested. Qualifications: • Excellent academic background. Undergraduate degree from a top-ranked university. • Over 1.5 years of strategy management consulting experience (e.g., Senior Business Analyst, Associate level) in a high-intensity environment at a top-tier consulting firm (e.g., McKinsey, BCG, Bain) or in the strategy practice of consulting firms serving the financial services or technology sectors. • Experience in the institutional side of financial services / fintech sector, especially in the outsourced platform / services sector is a plus. • Experience in a fast-paced setting; enthusiastic about the potential strategic options facing Broadridge, and ability to drive initiatives hands-on while rallying the necessary support and resources. • Experience working in the context of a large, complex, global organization where working across boundaries, developing strong organizational relationships, and leading through influence are keys to success. • Ideal candidate will be highly analytical and proficient with analysis/modeling. Demonstrated experiences in storytelling and advanced proficiency in PowerPoint. Strong written and verbal communication skills is a must. • A passion for technology entrepreneurship, innovation, lean start-up principles, digital content, AI, and big data would be helpful. • Position is based in NYC with travel to Broadridge offices in the NYC metropolitan area. Compensation Range: The salary range for this position is between $120,000.00 -130,000,00. Broadridge considers various factors when evaluating a candidate's final salary including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, and education.
