<p>O Coordenador de Manutenção, Instalações e Projetos é responsável por planejar, coordenar e supervisionar todas as atividades de manutenção e instalações da empresa, garantindo eficiência e alinhamento com os objetivos estratégicos e as politicas da empresa e regulamentações. Também é responsável pela estrutura de facilities e gestão dos projetos estruturas e dos equipamentos, garantindo a avaliação de demandas, elaboração e implementação dentro do escopo e custo esperado. Esse profissional lidera equipes, otimiza processos e gerencia recursos para assegurar a qualidade, pontualidade e custos adequados nas entregas dos serviços.</p><p></p><p>Requisitos: Bacharel em Engenharia, Gestão de Negócios, Química ou experiência de trabalho equivalente em gerenciamento progressivo das áreas de manutenção e projetos.<br />Mais de 5 anos de experiência como gerente de pessoas.<br />Experiencia em industria de alimentos preferida<br />Conhecimento em requisitos regulatórios de MASSQ,<br />Conhecimento em normas de certificação de alimentos, GFSI preferida.<br />Experiência em projetos Lean Six-Sigma ou certificação preferida.<br />Comunicador eficaz em português, tanto verbal como escrito.<br />Fortes habilidades de comunicação oral e escrita em inglês<br />Um conhecimento prático de computadores e software de negócios, como Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, ERP é necessário.<br />Boas habilidades de resolução de problemas.<br />Experiência com capex e gerenciamento/execução de projetos.<br />Capacidade de planejar, executar ações e coordenar indivíduos/equipes para atingir objetivos.<br />Compromisso com a melhoria contínua.<br />Capacidade de realizar várias tarefas e gerenciar vários projetos simultaneamente, com a capacidade de discernir a priorização do trabalho em conformidade (alto vs. baixo; valor agregado vs. não-valor agregado)<br />Capacidade de trabalhar com um alto grau de integridade e respeito pelos nossos produtos e pessoas.</p><h2></h2><h2></h2><p style="text-align:left"><b>Tate & Lyle is an equal opportunity employer, committed to the strength of an inclusive workforce.</b></p>
