We’re seeking an innovative, driven Learning Experience Designer to join our team and help shape the future of healthcare learning and development. The ideal candidate is a smart, problem-solving professional with experience working across multiple instructional delivery modalities. They will create and continuously improve learning programs using an array of creative approaches, including cutting-edge AI-assisted development, to inspire learners and drive productivity. This includes eLearning, just-in-time performance support, instructor-led course materials, and other innovative learning programs. This role requires an individual who can thrive in a fast-paced, highly engaged environment, connect the dots organizationally, network effortlessly, and influence various roles, levels, and profiles to drive collaboration. They should be able to leverage the latest technologies and methodologies to deliver impactful learning experiences. We’re looking for someone who can innovate, move quickly, and isn’t constrained by how things have been done before. Your ability to adapt and drive change will be crucial in shaping the future of learning at arenaflex Pharmacy. Please include a work portfolio demonstrating your experience with storyboarding, course authoring tools, and instructional design theory when applying. Examples of AI-assisted content development are highly encouraged. Key job responsibilities • Partner with program managers, subject matter experts (SMEs), and key stakeholders to identify training needs and develop comprehensive learning strategies • Conduct needs analyses and create detailed storyboards to map out engaging and effective learning experiences • Solve business problems with focus on understanding root causes and driving forward-looking opportunities • Utilize AI-powered tools to enhance content creation, personalization, and learner engagement • Design and develop course content across various modalities, including eLearning, VILT, and AI-assisted adaptive learning paths • Manage multiple curricula development projects simultaneously • Consistently utilize robust project management practices, including the use of project management tools to track deliverables, timelines, and resources • Adapt instructional materials for different formats, with a focus on leveraging AI to streamline the conversion process • Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs using data-driven approaches and analytics • Coach and mentor less experienced staff on advanced instructional design techniques, including storyboarding and development Basic Qualifications • 3+ years of program or project management experience • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements • Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams • 5+ years of experience in instructional design and developing learning content • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience • Proficiency in storyboarding and creating detailed learning blueprints • Expertise in designing, developing, and implementing training for Operations and Technical Teams • Demonstrated experience in creating multi-modal training materials (ILT, e-learning, video) • Proficiency with eLearning development tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate) • Strong data analysis skills to assess training effectiveness and ROI • Ability to obtain pharmacy technician licensure, certification, or state equivalent if required Preferred Qualifications • Obsessed about the customer experience, high standards, and continually inspire others to do better for the customer • Technical aptitude to be able to quickly learn new technologies and develop various learning solutions • Familiarity with AI-assisted content creation tools and their application in instructional design • Certifications in instructional design or project management • Demonstrated success in implementing AI-enhanced learning solutions arenaflex is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace. arenaflex is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, national origin, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, protected veteran status, disability, age, or other legally protected status. The base pay for this position ranges from $66,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market.
