Lead Software Engineer - Process Intelligence (all genders) As a Lead Software Engineer for Process Intelligence, you will take ownership of both the strategic and technical aspects of process intelligence. You will drive the process intelligence roadmap, align initiatives with business priorities, and ensure the delivery of scalable, high-impact solutions that transform how the organization operates. Beyond providing technical expertise, you will serve as the strategic partner for business stakeholders, shaping domain roadmaps, prioritizing opportunities, and ensuring adoption of insights and solutions. You will guide a team of engineers, analysts, and business experts to deliver sustainable process improvements and measurable business outcomes.
