About This Role

We are looking for a Senior Arabic SEO Specialist who has a proven track record of growing organic visibility and revenue through Arabic search in the UAE market.

This role is for someone who can own strategy, execution, and performance. You must understand Arabic search behavior in the UAE, competitor landscapes, and how to build scalable SEO growth systems.

This is not a task-based SEO role. This is a performance and impact role.

What You Will Own

  • Full Arabic organic search growth strategy for UAE market
  • Arabic keyword and search intent mapping across funnel stages
  • Arabic content SEO strategy and scaling organic content frameworks
  • Technical SEO collaboration with developers (crawl, indexation, site structure, performance)
  • Competitor intelligence and gap opportunity mapping (UAE + GCC)
  • Organic growth forecasting and performance tracking
  • Local SEO strategy for UAE search landscape
  • SEO experimentation and continuous optimization roadmap

Core Responsibilities

  • Lead Arabic SEO roadmap and quarterly planning
  • Identify high-impact organic growth opportunities
  • Optimize site architecture and internal linking for Arabic content
  • Build scalable SEO content frameworks
  • Audit websites and prioritize technical SEO fixes
  • Track and report SEO performance tied to business KPIs (traffic, leads, revenue impact)
  • Mentor or guide junior SEO or content team members when needed

Mandatory Requirements

  • 3+ years SEO experience with at least 2 years focused on UAE or GCC market
  • Proven success growing Arabic organic traffic or rankings in UAE
  • Strong portfolio with measurable SEO impact (traffic growth, ranking improvements, or business results)
  • Advanced experience using:
  • Ahrefs / SEMrush
  • Google Search Console
  • Google Analytics 4
  • Screaming Frog or equivalent technical tools
  • Strong understanding of technical SEO fundamentals
  • Strong data analysis and decision-making skills

Highly Valued Experience

  • Leading SEO strategy for UAE brands or regional companies
  • Managing SEO in multilingual environments
  • eCommerce or high-traffic content platforms
  • Experience working with developers on SEO implementation
  • Experience building SEO dashboards or reporting frameworks
