<h2>Overview</h2> <h1>Lead Industry Marketing Manager - Healthcare</h1> <p><strong>Location:</strong> Remote - US <strong>Work Model:</strong> Remote</p> <h2>About the Role</h2> <p>The Lead Industry Marketing Manager is responsible for leading the development and execution of integrated marketing plans that drive pipeline and revenue growth across go-to-market segments and plan areas. This role focuses on building comprehensive go-to-market strategies, establishing audience-specific thought-leadership initiatives, and ensuring alignment with business objectives through close collaboration with key stakeholders across sales and marketing. This role partners closely with sales leaders, field marketing, portfolio marketing, and integrated marketing to plan and execute go-to-market and plan area campaigns.</p> <h2>Here's What You'll Do</h2> <ul> <li>Operate as a trusted advisor to business leaders and sales teams; lead the development, execution, and management of complex, high-impact marketing strategies and campaign themes</li> <li>Develop and manage a comprehensive marketing plan and budget — encompassing market analysis, competitive analysis, segmentation, targeting, positioning, messaging, content planning, demand generation, and customer marketing</li> <li>Partner with demand creation, sales enablement, market intelligence, and cross-functional marketing and sales teams to ensure effective execution of campaign programs</li> <li>Forecast, measure, analyze, and report on program impact; translate insights into data-driven recommendations and program modifications to optimize results</li> <li>Research, design, and manage live events aligned to campaign themes, including cohesive pre-event, at-event, and post-event strategies; evaluate, select, and manage vendors supporting local demand creation efforts</li> <li>Develop value-based social media plans in partnership with the Corporate Communications team, mentor and coach team members, and contribute as an innovative thought leader to the overall growth and quality of the marketing organization</li> </ul> <h2>Technology Tools</h2> <ul> <li>Workfront</li> <li>Hive 9</li> <li>Power BI</li> <li>AI Tools</li> </ul> <h2>Role Essentials</h2> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Marketing or an industry-related field, with significant marketing experience in a high-tech B2B environment</li> <li>Proven experience developing and managing marketing plans and budgets in direct support of sales goals</li> <li>Expertise in preparing, presenting, advocating, and defending innovative ideas within cross-functional group settings</li> <li>Excellent oral and written communication skills with a professional demeanor and the ability to engage with others with discretion and tact</li> <li>Highly organized, self-motivated, and experienced at successfully managing multiple projects with minimal oversight and keen attention to detail</li> </ul> <h2>What We'd Like to See</h2> <ul> <li>Experience with demand generation, digital marketing, and integrated campaign execution in enterprise software or SaaS environments</li> <li>Familiarity with thought leadership content development and audience-specific messaging strategies within the healthcare industry</li> <li>Strong vendor management experience, including event venues, digital marketing agencies, and list brokers</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to mentor, coach, and develop team members in a collaborative environment</li> <li>Deep knowledge of marketplace trends, value propositions, and partner and customer networks within the healthcare industry</li> </ul> <h2>About Hyland</h2> <p>Hyland is the pioneer of the Content Innovation Cloud™, delivering ubiquitous enterprise intelligence to organizations with solutions that unlock actionable insights and drive automation. © Hyland.
