What is the gig? (It really is this simple...)

  • Customers place laundry orders through the Poplin mobile app
  • Laundry Pros (you!) are notified of orders via the Laundry Pro mobile app
  • Accept and pickup customers’ laundry
  • Wash, dry and fold laundry to perfection
  • Deliver stacks of clean laundry back to your customer

As an independent contractor you get $.75 - $1.35 per pound of laundry (depending on which market you're in) — plus tips — paid out from the app weekly. Average payout per order is ~$41.

Customers are ready for you!

We have Laundry Pro opportunities in your area because there are more customers than current Laundry Pros are able to serve. We'll set you up for success:

  • We'll show you how to get started — and get the highest tips.
  • You have access to helpful videos and a guide to getting started.
  • On your first order, you'll have best-practice videos to help you along the way.

Other Positives

  • Average earned per order is ~$41
  • Opportunities for double pay ($1.50-$2.70 per pound depending on your area) via Express orders
  • Perfect for stay-at-home-parents, retirees or even people with full-time jobs!

Potential Laundry Pros should consider their:

  • Access to a washer and dryer (at home, laundromat, etc)
  • Criminal background (background check prior to picking up first order)
  • Ability to verify identity (required by financial institutions for payout processing)
  • Attention to detail
  • Communication skills
  • Desire to provide great customer service
  • Time management skills
