We are seeking an experienced Agile Coach / Release Train Engineer (RTE) with expertise in the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and Agile methodologies to be the right-hand partner for our client in a global project. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in guiding teams towards successful Agile adoption, ensuring the alignment of project goals with Agile principles and practices. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate closely with key stakeholders to facilitate the implementation of Agile practices across teams. - Coach teams in Agile methodologies, ensuring adherence to SAFe principles and practices. - Support the Release Train Engineer in planning and executing Program Increment (PI) planning sessions, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies. - Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging teams to identify and implement process enhancements. - Assist in resolving impediments and challenges that teams face during Agile transitions. - Provide training and workshops to enhance Agile knowledge and practices within the organization. - Utilize Azure DevOps to manage Agile processes and track project progress. Qualifications: - Proven experience as an Agile Coach or Release Train Engineer (RTE). - Strong knowledge and practical experience with the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and Agile methodologies. - Fluent in English , with excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Desired: Experience with Azure DevOps tools and practices. - Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate teams. - Experience in working in global or distributed teams is a plus. - Availability to visit the client occasionally.
