Conduct thorough investigations into potential fraudulent activities, utilizing various resources and techniques to gather evidence. Assist in the development and implementation of strategies to prevent and detect fraudulent activities. Maintain accurate and detailed records of investigations, including all relevant evidence and findings. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, law enforcement, and regulatory agencies, regarding ongoing investigations. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices related to fraud detection and prevention. Identify patterns and trends in fraudulent activities and provide recommendations for improvement. Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as legal and ethical standards, throughout all investigations. Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance knowledge and skills related to fraud investigation.
