Location: Open LCG Advisors is a leading advisory firm specializing in loan and investment due diligence, investment banking, risk mitigation, and other select advisory services. The Inventory Valuation Sr. Associate is responsible for executing and delivering challenging valuation engagements by participating in projects from initial proposal preparation through project completion. Business Valuation is a rapidly growing division within LCG Advisors which was created to respond to the unprecedented need for business valuation services in the market. The demand for business valuation trained professionals is exploding and will continue to grow exponentially over the next 10-20 years. Primary Responsibilities: • Develop dynamic Excel-based valuation models for detailed inventory analysis • Perform valuation assessments under orderly liquidation scenarios • Conduct thorough inventory reconciliations, sales, gross margin, and expense analyses across multiple industries • Support inventory appraisals to assist in asset- based lending (ABL) facility evaluations • Collaborate with senior leaders and internal ABL team to understand requirements, process flow, and core valuation drivers • Contribute to the expansion of the firm’s valuation offerings specifically within the inventory appraisal • Serve as the key point of contact for clients over the course of the business valuation engagement (manage receipt of financial documents, respond to questions as necessary, deliver finalized valuation report) • Participate in business development activities as interested (conferences, networking events) • Work on projects with division Director as needed Qualifications & Experience: • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics or Finance, required • 3+ years of inventory valuation experience, required • Professional designation (e.g., ASA, CFA, CPA, ABV), preferred • Machinery & equipment valuation experience, preferred • Proficient in the use of arenaflex Office Suite, specifically Excel, PowerPoint and Word, required • Understanding of economics, financial theory and/or principles of accounting, required • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Superior analytical and research skills • Solid organizational skills, especially the ability to meet project deadlines with a focus on details • Ability to successfully "multi-task" while working independently or within a group environment • Proven ability to work in a deadline-driven environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously • Ability to successfully interact with professionals at all levels Physical Requirements: • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times. • Flexibility for travel (up to 20 %) Salary Range: • $60,000 - $90,000 base with bonus opportunity Currently, LCG Advisors does not intend to hire candidates who will need, now or in the future, LCG sponsorship through any non-immigrant visa category such as the H-1B, H-1B1, E-3, O-1, or TN.
