<ul><li>Performing administrative tasks such as preparing invoices, estimates, draft planning templates and scheduling of activities in projects, etc. </li><li>Keeping track of and reporting on project progress including documentation status.</li><li>Administer submittal process using Sungrow or customer systems and standards.</li><li>Manage subcontractor budgets, track expenditures, and ensure cost-effective solutions.</li><li>Review and approve subcontractor invoices, ensuring accuracy and adherence to contractual agreements.</li><li>Assist in the preparation of financial reports related to subcontractor activities.</li><li>Monitor and control project costs, identifying areas for cost savings and efficiencies.</li><li>Ensure subcontractor payments are processed timely and in accordance with contract terms.</li><li>Conduct financial analysis and forecasting to support project planning and budgeting.</li><li>Maintain clear and consistent communication with subcontractors, project teams, and stakeholders.</li><li>Prepare and present regular progress reports, highlighting any issues, risks, and recommendations for improvement.</li><li>Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials to job site by working with purchasing department.</li></ul>All right, all right, so I hope you are now aware of what is up for you, what background should you have in order to feel comfortable with this role?
