<strong>Inside Sales Specialist</strong><br><br><strong>Location:</strong> Remote<br><strong>Schedule:</strong> Monday–Friday, 9 AM - 5:50 PM EST, plus a mandatory rotating Sunday shift (9 AM – 5:30 PM approximately once every 2 months). This is an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and enjoys balancing sales, operations, and customer engagement.<br><br><strong>What You’ll Do</strong><br><strong>Sales & Client Engagement</strong><ul><li>Respond to inbound calls and online inquiries with a high-touch, service-driven approach</li><li>Assess client housing needs and recommend suitable apartment options based on availability, pricing, and preferences</li><li>Guide clients through the full sales cycle, including lease negotiations and closing</li><li>Build strong relationships through professional communication, active listening, and rapport-building</li><li>Identify potential corporate opportunities and escalate to Business Development as appropriate</li><li>Provide creative solutions when preferred inventory is unavailable</li></ul><strong>Sales Operations & Systems</strong><ul><li>Accurately enter and maintain client data, reservations, and communications in Salesforce and internal systems</li><li>Track and manage all client interactions, including calls, emails, and follow-ups</li><li>Ensure consistency and accuracy across platforms such as Salesforce, Oscar, and FQ Live</li><li>Handle assigned leads and provide coverage for team members when needed</li></ul><strong>Lease Processing & Administration</strong><ul><li>Prepare, review, and manage lease documentation and reservation details</li><li>Ensure all paperwork is complete, accurate, and aligned with operational requirements</li><li>Coordinate reservation details to meet both client expectations and internal processes</li></ul><strong>Marketplace & Lead Management</strong><ul><li>Manage and process leads from multiple channels including Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com, and other platforms</li><li>Present appropriate housing options and maintain marketplace responsiveness</li><li>Support weekend coverage on a rotating schedule</li></ul><strong>Collaboration & Teamwork</strong><ul><li>Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Guest Services, Operations, Accounting, and external stakeholders</li><li>Communicate proactively regarding timelines, challenges, and workflow updates</li><li>Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve processes and client experience</li></ul><strong>Culture & Development</strong><ul><li>Embody Furnished Quarters’ core values in all interactions</li><li>Complete required training and actively participate in performance reviews</li><li>Continuously build knowledge of markets, inventory, and industry trends</li></ul><strong>What You Bring</strong><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field preferred</li><li>2–3 years of sales experience in hospitality, real estate, or related industries</li><li>Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets</li><li>Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and property management tools (e.g., Oscar)</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills</li><li>Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment</li><li>A collaborative, team-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal skills</li><li>Multilingual skills are a plus</li></ul><strong>Additional Details</strong><ul><li>This is a full-time, remote position</li><li>Requires rotational weekend coverage</li><li>Involves frequent computer use and managing multiple systems simultaneously</li><li>Requires the ability to sit, stand, and work at a computer for extended periods</li></ul><strong>Benefits</strong><ul><li>Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance</li><li>Life, Short- and Long-Term Disability Insurance</li><li>Medical FSA and Commuter Benefits</li><li>401(k) with Company Match</li></ul><br>Furnished Quarters is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
