About the job We are the game changer in pharmaceutical transportation across Europe, driven by passion for excellence and sustainability. At our offices in Caserta area (Italy) we are currently seeking for a dynamic and talented IT MANAGER Aim of the role To be responsible and accountable for the smooth running of our computer systems and TMS within the limits of requirements, specifications, costs and timelines. You will supervise the implementation and maintenance of our company's computing needs. The successful candidate will have improved skills, a proven professional experience and a detailed knowledge of industry's best practice processes. Responsibilities Local network administration and configuration System engineering for existing and new sites: management of software and PCs queries; debugging; to set-up telematic infrastructure, Wi-Fi, printer network, as well as the web interface for the operational side Management of the local TMS, IT and computer systems, and support to the group IT team with the implementation of the group TMS To understand and solve customers' needs and transfer the specifications to the group IT development team when appropriate Plan, organize, control and evaluate IT and electronic data operations Design, develop, implement and coordinate systems, policies and procedures Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems Act in alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational policy Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time Audit systems and assess their outcomes Preserve assets, information security and control structures Handle annual budget and ensure cost effectiveness Education and professional experience BS in Computer Science, or equivalent experience Minimum 2 years of proven working experience as an IT Manager or relevant role Hands-on experience setting up telematic infrastructures, Wi-Fi, printer networks, and web interfaces for operations Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration and network installation A previous experience working with TMS (must have), and WMS (preferable) Key Requirements and Skills Excellent knowledge of C#, and of ASP. NET Good knowledge of SQL servers (T-SQL) and of Visual Studio Knowledge of MVC and j Query Ability to talk with customers, to analyse and understand their needs English (good level – B2); Italian (native or bilingual) Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and of computer hardware/software systems Expertise in data centre management and data governance Dynamic and proactive person with good interpersonal skills, familiar with working in team Excellent aptitude for discussion and mentoring Passion for innovation.
