Travel: Travel up to 75% (including some international travel) Position Objective: The Implementation and Project Manager oversees end-to-end delivery of Get My Parking’s technology deployments across Gated Parking Garages. This role manages hardware installation coordination, partner communication, vendor oversight, testing and validation, user training and operational handoff. The Implementation and Project Manager ensures projects are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with customer goals and organizational standards. Role Overview: This role is central to Get My Parking’s ability to deliver reliable, scalable parking-technology solutions. The Implementation and Project Manager ensures deployments are executed effectively, enabling strong customer partnerships and long-term operational success. This is a hands-on role. Core Responsibilities — PROJECT EXECUTION: • Manage project scope, timelines, deliverables, and budgets for parking-technology rollouts. • Coordinate hardware procurement and installation, network requirements, equipment testing, software configuration, and system integrations. • Oversee vendor relationships including installers, ISPs, electricians, networking vendors, equipment manufacturers. • Conduct on-site kickoff visits, readiness assessments, commissioning oversight, and validation prior to go-live. • Facilitate training and handoff to operations and support teams after implementation. • Maintain documentation including SOWs, risk logs, change orders, schedules, training materials, and status reports. • Identify project risks or delays and execute mitigation strategies. • Partner with product, sales, and support teams to ensure alignment with customer expectations. • Lead post-implementation review and contribute to process improvements. • Maintain consistent communication with clients and internal teams throughout all project phases. • Support revenue goals by ensuring timely project completion and minimizing deployment delays. About You: You excel in fast-moving environments where relationship intelligence, operational fluency, and commercial drive intersect. Qualifications: • 4–7+ years of project management experience in parking technology, hardware deployment, access control, mobility systems, or facility operations. • Experience in installing parking barrier and access control is preferred. • PMP, Agile/Scrum certification preferred. • Strong operational mindset and comfort working on-site. • Excellent communication and documentation skills. • Experience managing budgets and vendor resources. • Ability to travel 75%. • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
