You'll own hiring and people operations at Listo. That means running recruiting end-to-end, building onboarding that actually works, and making sure the team stays connected and motivated as we grow. You'll also bring structure to how we manage performance, compensation, and team development.

What You'll Do
  • Run the full recruiting process, from sourcing to offer
  • Build onboarding programs that get new hires productive fast
  • Create and maintain people processes: performance reviews, compensation, team feedback
  • Keep the remote team connected and engaged across time zones
  • Use AI tools to streamline recruiting, screening, and people analytics
  • Partner with leadership on hiring plans and team structure
What We're Looking For
  • 3+ years in HR, people ops, or talent acquisition, ideally at a tech or SaaS company
  • You've hired for remote, international teams before
  • You use AI tools for sourcing, screening, and people analytics
  • Organized and process-minded, but not bureaucratic
  • Great judgment on people. You know talent when you see it.
  • Excellent English, written and spoken
Nice to Have
  • Experience setting up HR systems and tools from scratch
  • Background in employer branding or recruitment marketing
  • Worked at a company during a high-growth phase
